The Weekly Trip Information you want to know

Our first trip is scheduled for next Saturday, December 9th. WE ARE GOING unless Wilmot does not open on time. If you sign up and Wilmot remains closed, I will refund the money over the weekend.

Updates as we Focus on the First trip of the Season

I hope that everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and is ready for the Blizzard season to start.

Existing and Future Members, learn more about the Blizzard Program

We’ve had our first taste of winter, with a light dusting of snow. I hope it makes you think of powder-filled days and fun on the slopes. We have the makings of a wonderful season ahead.

This weekend gives us the cold snap we need!

The impending cold weather will make the ski and board season seem like more of a reality to us. We are eagerly awaiting the first snowfall and the opportunity to hit the slopes. It is not too late to sign up for this season. We will continue accepting applications at least through Christmas, but we will not be adding any new stops after December 2nd. If you are interested in stops in Schaumburg, Barrington, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Downers Grove, and Lombard area, I need to know ASAP. Other new stops like Skokie, Evanston, Park Ridge, Niles, and Wilmette need more members as well. Our stops will be determined by concentration of members. So, if I get enough people from Hyde Park, we'll add that stop back in too.

Short Term Reminders

The Blizzard Season is fully underway with a series of events and deadlines that only make the run up to December 9th that much more exciting. For all renewing members, you will have until OCTOBER 15th (at midnight) to sign up for Blizzard to receive a 15% discount (on your one-time annual membership) for early enrollment. The end time of midnight will be controlled by the computer program not me, so no more problems with the mail or hand delivering the application. I will send multiple reminders to you.
