One of the challenges of Before Christmas trips is the increase in traffic. I mentioned it in each of my webinars and in previous emails. Besides holiday shopping we have Zoo Lights and holiday parties which add to the volume of traffic which invariably makes us late the first few trips. With new routes and new pick up spots we are running late for most picks. Please be patient. We’ll be in Hyde Park and River Forest shortly.
I wrote this note from my bus last night when I realized that routes were being adversely affected by traffic. Each of our routes turned out to be great routes for location and timing, but traffic impeded our ability to get to our final stops, While no bus was more than 20 minutes late, I'll adjust the timings on the Calendar and Bus Sschedule page of the website.
