Transition from Alpine Valley to Wilmot

Seasonally, we transition from Alpine to Wilmot in January and then back to Alpine towards the end of the season. We prefer to have continuity with our instruction program, and skipping around from place to place doesn't give us the opportunity to forge a relationship with the ski and snowboard instructors the way we have in the past.

Switching to Wilmot brings more structure to our policies and requires the addition of an Activities Waiver to be signed by each of our families for the member participants. I will be emailing that form to everyone with instructions on how to return it to me. We only need it once a season.

In addition, Wilmot has a cashless environment, so parents need to rethink how they equip their kids with lunch money. ApplePay and any credit card will do, as well as trading cash (in increments of $20) for Wilmot gift cards that can be purchased from us at the Blizzard desk.

We'll be at Wilmot for two weeks and then back to Alpine for a very busy weekend with them.
