We have been overwhelmed by the response to membership this year. Based on last year's participation level and how an increased membership changed some of our policies, we have decided to close membership earlier than expected. It is purely a numbers game and being able to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to participate in every trip. Sorry to those who did not respond to my earlier emails about signing up early.
